STEVEN WATKINS

Steven Watkins serves as Managing Director of Sales at Fusion Capital Management, bringing nearly three decades of financial services experience to his role. At Fusion, Steven leads the sales team, driving company growth while developing strong client partnerships that help advisors gain efficiency and control through Fusion's integrated platform.

Prior to joining Fusion, Steven held leadership positions at HD Vest, Avantax, and Merrill. At HD Vest and Avantax, he led the Advisory, Retirement, Client Service, and Banking products groups. Most recently at Merrill, he directed part of the practice management team, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and operational efficiencies for financial advisors.

Steven holds the Certified Financial Planner™ designation and an Associate Certified Coach certification. He has maintained various General Securities licenses throughout his career, including Series 7, 63, and 24. Steven earned both his BBA and MBA from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business.

Steven resides in Frisco, TX with his wife and two daughters. When not helping advisors transform their practices, he enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
