Asiff S. Hirji serves on the Fusion Capital Management Advisory Board, bringing extensive experience in financial technology and digital assets. Currently, Asiff is the President of Moonpay, the leading crypto payments and Web3 infrastructure provider serving over 16 million users and 500 partners. Under his leadership, Moonpay has raised over $340 million from leading investors at a $3.5 billion valuation.

Prior to Moonpay, Asiff was President of Figure, a company transforming financial services through blockchain technology. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Coinbase, the world's leading cryptocurrency company, where he scaled the company over 40x in volumes and $1 billion in revenue, launched new products and expanded into new markets.

Asiff's career includes significant roles in private equity and venture capital. He was a Partner with Andreessen Horowitz, focusing on helping high-potential portfolio companies scale faster. As a Senior Advisor with Bain Capital and Advent International, he drove their technology investment efforts. From 2014 to 2016, Asiff was Chief Restructuring Officer of HP, reporting directly to CEO Meg Whitman.

Earlier in his career, Asiff was a Partner at TPG Capital, where he led investing efforts in Financial Services, Technology, Media, and E-commerce. From 2003 to 2007, he held executive positions at TD Ameritrade, including CIO, COO, and President, helping build it into the world's largest online broker. His leadership contributed to a 600% increase in accounts, assets, and market cap.

Asiff's experience also includes roles as a Partner at Bain & Co., President and CTO of Netfolio, and a founding Partner of the Mitchell Madison Group. He began his career as a software engineer at IBM Labs.

Currently, Asiff serves on the boards of Forge and Stellar Foundation. He has previously held board positions with public companies such as Advent Software and Citrix Systems Inc., as well as private companies including Saxo Bank, TES Global, RentPath, and Eze Software.

Asiff's academic background includes an MBA with honors from the University of Western Ontario and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary. He has also shared his expertise as a lecturer, teaching a highly rated MBA course on Private Equity at the Haas School of Business, Berkeley.
